Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Amazigh Society. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

1. No Returns on Stickers or Temporary Tattoos

Due to the nature of these products, all sales of stickers and temporary tattoos are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.

2. Clothing & Scarves — Return Eligibility

We accept returns on clothing items and scarves only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags are still attached.

  • The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.

3. Restocking Fee- Larger Items

Decor will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price and  return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email support@amazighsociety.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will send you a Return Authorization and instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address we provide.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email.

  • Refunds (minus the 25% restocking fee, if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can make it right at no cost to you.
