1. Order Processing

Most items are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days after your order is confirmed.

Processing times may be affected by weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen delays. We appreciate your patience during such events.
2. Shipping Methods & Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your order ships.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey until delivery.
3. Pre-Orders & Special Drops

Some product releases or special drops may be available as pre-orders.

Pre-order items will have their estimated shipping date clearly noted at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Pre-ordered items are shipped separately from in-stock items when they become available, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping for pre-orders will include tracking once the item is dispatched.
4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the U.S only.

When & Where Available: International shipping times and costs vary depending on destination. Customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Shipping Delays
