  • Our products include clothing, scarves, stickers, temporary tattoos, decor, furniture, and other branded merchandise.

  • We make every effort to display products accurately. Colors, patterns, and textures may vary slightly due to screen display or hand-crafted nature.

3. Ordering

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.

4. Payments

  • Payments must be made in full through our accepted methods at checkout.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, electronic payment systems, and approved financing options .

  • By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed and are subject to adjustment to weather, natural disasters, and the like.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on eligibility, restocking fees, and procedures. Key points include:

  • Stickers & Temporary Tattoos: All sales are final.

  • Clothing & Scarves: Eligible for return if unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached within 30 days

  • Decor & Furniture: Eligible for return with a 25% restocking fee.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Amazigh Society website — including logos, designs, images, text, and trademarks — is the property of Amazigh Society or its licensors. Amazigh Society and it's logo are trademarked. 

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Use of Website

  • You agree not to use our website or Services for illegal purposes or to transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Amazigh Society is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

  • Products are provided “as-is,” and we do not guarantee that your experience will meet your expectations.
